1. Users who wish to sell /buy/rent/lease their property through our website must register at our office or through our website.

2. Our commission / service charges are negotiable and can be agreed through phone by the users prior to availing our services.

3. Users must inform us if and when they sell their property directly or if they wish to withdraw their properties that have been listed in our web site, to enable us to delete this data from our site.

4. Commission paid as brokerage is non refundable.

|
5. Commission must be paid at the time of sale agreement / registration.

6. All additional and incidental charges will be charged at actuals.
